I loved this book!! I could not put it down! I was very quickly engrossed in the storyline and needed to keep reading to see what was going to happen and what was going to be uncovered. I loved our main character Julia, it is clear that in the past she has had some issues and things have happened but it is not yet fully clear - even to her, what exactly fully happened during that time.

I'm trying to work out if she was brave or crazy for following up with this story as it was clear that these people were not good and would stop at nothing to get what they wanted. They also had reach to a network of people that could make life very difficult for her. However, she had some great strength and some great support and help - which was definitely needed!

I liked the relationship between her and Joe as I get the impression that there are not many people that Julia can trust completely but Joe is one of these people and I think that there is more to him that is still to be revealed too!

I loved the pacing of the book and at times I was literally on the edge of the sofa as I was reading as I was convinced that this was it! I thought the storyline was very well thought out and was very cleverly written and revealed to us. I am hoping that there will be a book two as I feel that there are some questions about Julia that are still unanswered. You can grab a copy of the book here #Aff.
